Join us on the morning of New Year's Eve to say farewell to 2024 & get ready physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually for 2025.
In this practice we shall share a gentle meditative yoga flow, practice cleansing pranayama and uplifting chanting, all designed to let the mind and body come into balance. We'll wrap up with a special guided meditation, called Yoga Nidra, designed to reset your energy levels and soothe your mind.
Venue: Hythe Cricket & Squash Club, Ladies Walk, Hythe CT21 6AX.
Early Bird £15 until 1 Dec then £20.
The ticket price includes a refreshment and onsite parking the club.

Event Cancellation Policy
- Please note outdoor events are weather dependent.
- Bookings for outdoor events will be moved to the next available date should weather prevent your booked date from running. If that is not possible, for pre-paid events you will receive a refund.
- Should you cancel up to 48 hours before the event, for pre-paid events you will receive a refund. Cancellation made after that period are non-refundable.
